Complaint Made to Comet

Brief outline of the complaint.

I bought a 19" Monitor from Comet along with their 5 year extended Warranty. When the Monitor became faulty I phoned their Help Centre as instructed. It was agreed the Monitor was faulty and would be replaced. Eleven days after the the Monitor was replaced and given to me, I received a call from a Company called Maztec asking for their Monitor back. At this time I had no contact from Comet regarding any return or problem that would justify doing so. I am still waiting written confirmation of what has gone wrong. By making inquiry's at my own expense I have been told to return the Monitor and they would in turn give me vouchers.
Meanwhile I am being pestered by Maztec for the return of my Monitor.

Note, by accepting vouchers my warranty would be terminated. (Expiry date of my Warranty is 22.03.2007)

I have refused to return the Monitor to Maztec as I have accepted it under good faith from Comet as our Contractual agreement deemed them to do.
