Glamis Castle is situated close to the village of Glamis about 14 miles North of Dundee.

My wife and daughter had been me asking to take them there for quite some time. When the Queen Mother died on the 30th March 2002 I felt guilty that I had never managed to do so.On Wednesday the 3rd of April 2002 we set off to the Castle to sign the Book of Remembrance. The visit although solemn was well worthwhile and we hope to return in a more happier occasion.
