Culzean Castle is situated on the South Ayrshire coast, just off the A719 and about 12 miles south of Ayr and 4 miles west of Maybole. For opening hours check their official Website.
If you are not a member of the National Trust for Scotland it can be quite expensive so plan your day to get the most out of it and it will be well worth the visit.
