On Saturday the 26th March 2005 I returned
to Inveruglas which is approximately 4 miles North of
Tarbet on the West side of Loch Lomond.
This time the intention was to climb
Ben Vorlich, however yet again it was too misty for photographs
so decided to contend ourselves with a visit to the Dam
at Loch Sloy which in contrast was sunny and clear. The
walk from the Visitor Centre to the Dam is about 3½
miles ascending 1000ft (305m).
The views of the Dam and Ben Vane made the
effort to get there worthwhile. |
